The Bridgeport Film Festival is a three-day event with both in-person and virtual viewing options, the Bridgeport Film Fest aims to celebrate the diversity and vitality of the film and art communities in the Bridgeport area, support economic development, and provide $2,000 scholarships for five local high school students to pursue higher education in the arts.

Through various programming the festival seeks to showcase, guide and inspire independent film and theatre artists from the Bridgeport community and beyond. Local audiences will be enriched by the films, workshops, panels discussions and other forms of artistic expression curated by the festival team and will ensure the promotion of Downtown Bridgeport to continue to thrive as a cultural artistic center. The festival is proud to call the historic Klein Memorial Auditorium, a 1400 seat union theater, its home!
