Dual private premiere short film screenings!
WOODSHEDDING and TRAUMA BOND
Tuesday, October 25 at 7pm at the Regent Theatre in Arlington
this is a free event
WOODSHEDDING is the story of an up-and-coming band struggling to write their breakthrough album, and as time runs out and tensions rise, they fail to realize one key factor -- they're in a ghost story.
TRAUMA BOND is a dark coming of age short film, based on a true story. A girls night between two best friends takes a dark turn after one of them invites a mysterious newcomer who promises emotional salvation.
Plus a special screening of AFTER CLOSING
AFTER CLOSING is a disco-inspired dance film following a waitress as she tries to get an ensemble of eccentric customers to leave the diner for the night. Written and Directed by WIFVNE Member Carley Byers (who will be attending).
After the screenings, the cast and crew of both films will join together on stage for a panel on indie filmmaking on a shoestring budget. Moderated by the talented Madeline Buggeau-Heartt, this is one not to be missed!
Movie theater concessions plus beer and wine available for purchase at the theater.
